You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. However, by submitting content, you grant Tidal Bookings a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any and all media.   

 

8. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Bahamas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.   

 

9. Changes to Terms:

Tidal Bookings reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on our website and notify users of material changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
